The QIA Business Valuation Examination (Intermediate Level) is composed of four parts:

1) A three-hour intensive written exam on business valuation.

2) A full-length research report on the single best idea the candidate can identify during the year.

3) A in-depth research report based on a book on a relevant investment topic.

4) A research thesis on a topic designated by AQIA.
